Mr. Le is a Civil Engineer with 10 years of experience predominately in the geotechnical planning and design of heap leach facilities, waste dumps, and tailings storage facilities.  He is proficient in CAD design (Carlson and Civil3D) and experienced with the related geotechnical models.  His geotechnical modeling experience includes slope stability and deformation analyses (SLOPE/W, SIGMA/W, FLAC), consolidation analysis (FSConsol), and ground motion analyses (SHAKE2000, RspMatchEDT).  He has experience in managing drilling programs and geotechnical laboratory testing of soil and liner systems.  His field work includes QA/QC, drill logging, soil sampling, packer testing, and installation of water monitoring structures.
